The Best Time to Visit Las Vegas (and How to Pay Less)
Las Vegas runs hot — literally and figuratively. Knowing when to go is the difference between a packed, pricey weekend and a relaxed Strip stay at a fraction of the cost.
The shoulder seasons win
Spring (March–May) and fall (September–November) deliver the best balance of comfortable temperatures and softer mid-week pricing. Summer heat thins out the crowds but pushes the thermometer past 105°F.
Mid-week beats weekend, every time
- Sunday through Wednesday nights are dramatically cheaper than Thursday–Saturday.
- A 3–4 night stay landing mostly on weekdays gets you the lowest nightly rate.
- Booking a studio suite instead of a standard room often costs less per person.
That last point is where Private Stay Club shines: spacious Strip studio suites, booked direct, often below what the big sites charge for a basic room.
